Modified Transcription of “Charlotte Jury Trial Attorney” for the Hearing Impaired:
People ask me what I do for a living, and my first response is, I help people.
I help people charged with serious crimes, but it’s not limited to a particular type.
We do see patterns, I don’t know why.
There seem to be times where we see people that are charged with serious drug offenses, whether it’s a trafficking case in Boone or a possession with intent to sell and deliver in Charlotte.

We also will see periods, I guess based on the economy, when there are more larceny cases, where people are breaking into cars or burglaries or even crimes from the person, robbery, common-law robbery.
And then there will be a rash of cases where you’ll see a murder, you’ll see a manslaughter, you’ll see something where someone’s driving while impaired, maybe they’ve had a prior, and someone ends up dead. It’s a tragedy for all concerned, both for the family of the decedent and that of the accused.
There’s always this kind of shifting back and forth.
The key though is having a lawyer who:
1. Has experience handling all those type of cases; and,
2. Has experience trying cases where you’re not just pleading things out, you’re not just going through the motions.

Please, give us a call, we’re here to help.
We want to help you understand the system, we want you to understand what the jury process is like, and we are willing to try cases before a jury, we do it all the time.
Look forward to hearing from you.
